Israeli Guard Pastor Yoav Brave on Thursday unveiled his plan for the post-invasion organization of the Gaza Strip, saying neither Hamas nor Israel would oversee the Palestinian domain after threats there cease.

Bold head of state Benjamin Netanyahu unveiled an outline of his plans for a "next-day" attack to the press before submitting it to the conflict bureau, which recently fell apart over the fate of Gaza after the ouster of Hamas, which ruled the strip since 2007.

Under this arrangement, Israel's offensive would continue until the prisoners taken on October 7 arrive, destroy Hamas' "manpower and surveillance capacity" and remove any remaining threats.

In that direction, the framework says, another phase will begin during which "Hamas will not control Gaza and will not represent a security threat to the residents of Israel", with nearby Palestinian organizations anticipating administration of the domain.

Israel would assert its authority to operate inside the territory, the arrangement said, yet "no Israeli citizen would be present in the Gaza Strip after the objectives of the invasion had been accomplished".

Public Security Pastor Itamar Ben-Gavir called on Monday for Israeli pilgrims to return to the region after the incursion and for Gaza's Palestinian people to "answer to the empowerment of immigration," echoing comparable comments by far-right cleric Bezalel Smotrich.
The calls drew judgment from Middle Eastern states as well as key partner the United States.

"The occupiers of Gaza are Palestinian, in this manner Palestinian entities will be in control, provided that there is no hostile activity or threat against Israeli territory," the bold' framework says.

"The area governing element will expand on the powers of the current authoritarian system (the General Council) in Gaza," it added.

Washington has proposed that Gaza be represented by a "resurgent" Palestinian Authority, based in the occupied West Bank.

In a meeting with the Monetary Times, Palestinian Authority leader Mohammed Shatayeh said any potential game plan should include "a political answer for all of Palestine," not just Gaza.

"[Israel] needs to strategically isolate Gaza from the West Bank," Shatayeh said.
"I don't think Israel will leave Gaza any time soon. I think Israel will build its own general organization capabilities under Israeli armed forces. Furthermore, the 'day after' issue is not yet clear."

Chivalrous' arrangement comes just ahead of a visit by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who is rushing to the Middle East to press for a more sympathetic guide to Gaza and to stop any escalation of the regional dispute.
